We are excited to offer you a craft roasted coffee for ESPRESSO lovers. This is a blend of coffees processed at our mill Santa Lucila sourced from small farms in the Nueva Segovia region of Nicaragua. This area has the highest mountains of northern Nicaragua . Our coffee is 100% Arabica and specialty grade (less than 4% of all coffee in the world is specialty grade). We are proud to offer a fully traceable coffee, processed from a single origin, and multiple single estate micro-lots.

Varietal: Caturra and Catuai

Process: Washed and Honey process. Hand picked and sorted, sun dried on raised beds

Roast: Medium profile

Flavor: Chocolate, caramel, hazelnut. Sweet and balanced cup. Low acidity, very smooth!

Brew method: this coffee shines as an espresso, french press, or drip. Its balanced flavors blend smoothly with milk.

We roast your coffee fresh in small batches after we receive your order. This ensures you receive the coffee at its peak and ready to enjoy.
