Located in the highest mountains of northern Nicaragua Finca Los Congos reaches upwards of 1,800 meter (6,000 feet). Our coffee is 100% Arabica and specialty grade (less than 4% of all coffee in the world is specialty grade). We are proud to offer a fully traceable coffee, processed from a single origin, single estate and single varietal micro-lot.

Process: Washed process. Hand picked and sorted, sun dried on raised beds

Roast: Medium profile

Flavor: Fruity, milk chocolate, sweet, balanced cup. Low acidity, very smooth!

Brew method: this coffee shines any brew method. As an espresso, french press, pour over or drip. Its sweet flavors hit every note and blends smoothly with milk.
