Roast Level: City+ - Full City+ This coffee is very interesting and a lot of fun to roast.
Brew Method: we have brewed this coffee many ways.
For the lighter roast, we like to do a pour-over to taste peppery notes.
For the medium to darker roast,: drip, French Press, Aeropress, espresso bring out the full flavor, dark chocolate.
