As part of the Sacramento's Specialty Coffee Week taking place Oct. 13 - 20, Cafe Vidita is partnering with Insight Coffee Roasters to talk about how the Direct Relationship model works. We will discuss in details the Farm-to-Cup flow: what it takes to produce specialty coffee in our farms, process it, export it and bring it into the US for roasting and final consumption.  We will share our story, a slide show of Lucky's visit to Finca Los Congos and Beneficio Santa Lucila, as well as, taste the coffees that we're bringing in for Insight this year with an insightful comparison with last years coffee.
