After over a year of not traveling to Nicaragua; I’m super excited to be going back to visit my family, the farms and tasting the bounties from this year’s harvest. I'll be visiting Finca Los Congos, Finca Las Brumas, Hacienda La Iguana and other farms from our neighbors and partners in the area.
